Page/Party®
Page/Multi-Party communication system allows for location of individuals anywhere within the
facility by accessing the page function. Two-way conversation can then occur by using the party line feature.

 |
|
ADVANCE
/ SmartSeries:
For paging and subsequent party line conversation, the station operator lifts the handset, selects a free party
line on the five-position rotary selector switch, and depresses the pressbar. The station operator pages the
desired individual and designates the party line on which that individual should respond. The individual then
responds by approaching the nearest SmartSeries station, selecting the appropriate party line and lifting the
handset. Telephone type, duplex communication can then be held on the party line without broadcasting over
the speakers.
