Class I Division 1 Driver: a compression driver that is 
designed to provide optimum
performance in industrial applications. These compression drivers are commonly used in heavy industrial facilities with high ambient noise and corrosive, or explosive environments.

Class I Division 2 Driver: a compression drivers that is designed to provide optimum performance in both commercial and industrial applications. These indoor / outdoor compression drivers are commonly used in light and heavy manufacturing facilities with high ambient noise, and corrosive and hazardous environments.
